Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including any freebies.

Returns are only accepted from the original delivery address.
Exchanges

If your order is defective, damaged, or doesn’t suit you, you may request an exchange for the same item or another product from our store.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse, usually within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): 3–5 working days.

Cash on Delivery orders: Refund credited via bank transfer (customer must provide account details).

Be available for reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner.

Missed pickups may delay processing and require re-initiation.

Reasonable shipping charges incurred (up to Rs.100) will be reimbursed; excess charges will be adjusted from your refund.
