Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, use the link provided on your account or order page.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including any freebies.

  • Returns are only accepted from the original delivery address.


Exchanges

  • If your order is defective, damaged, or doesn’t suit you, you may request an exchange for the same item or another product from our store.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from delivery.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse, usually within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  • You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your return is received.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

    • Prepaid orders (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking): 3–5 working days.

    • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund credited via bank transfer (customer must provide account details).

  • Please note: Refunds do not include shipping charges, as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.


Important Notes

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

    • Video should include:

      • The defective/damaged/missing part in zoom.

      • Original labels and tags.

      • 360-degree view of the parcel.

    • Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may result in your claim being denied.

  2. Technical Assistance:

    • Contact us via email or WhatsApp for support.

    • We respond within 48–72 hours.

  3. Product-Level Returns & Exchanges:

    • You can return or exchange individual products from your order. Refunds or replacements will be processed per product.

    • If a returned product is not received, the refund for that specific product may be withheld..

  4. Reverse Pickup Guidelines:

    • Be available for reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner.

    • Missed pickups may delay processing and require re-initiation.

  5. Non-Serviceable Areas:

    • Some pin codes may not support reverse pickup; you may need to return via an alternate courier.

    • Reasonable shipping charges incurred (up to Rs.100) will be reimbursed; excess charges will be adjusted from your refund.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products purchased during promotions, contests, clearance, or special schemes.
