DilSeDeal ensures quality packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier companies for a safe and timely delivery.
All our orders are hand packed with care, and leave our store in the very best condition possible.
We select the healthiest plants we have available to send. We pre-treat and specially hydrate all plants before shipping, so they can survive long transit times and unforeseen delays. However, issues can arise in transit which we have no control over. Please check all product descriptions before ordering, we try to give as much information as possible including basic needs & care notes. Please unbox your order immediately when it arrives.
Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

* Terms & Conditions
- Minimum weight slab 500gms; next slab additional 500gms e.g. 1Kg, 1.5Kg. 2Kg etc.
- Actual weight calculation as per product weight including used packaging materials approx. weight.
- Chargeable weight will be physical weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.
- Volumetric weight (Kilogram) calculation as per IATA - Length (cm) x Breadth (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000 or 4500
- We assume scale weight accuracy 5%.
- Address correction charges if applicable shall be charged extra.
- RTO (return to origin) shipment will be charged separately from the forward delivery rate, which will be the same as forward rates.
- We are not liable for any mistakes from the consignee side.
Order Tracking
You will receive an notification over Email/WhatsApp/SMS from us which will include carrier name & tracking number, you can use the same to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@dilsedeal.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
