If a wrong or damaged plant is delivered, or facing delivery issues inform us as soon as possible; within 24 hours of receipt where possible by emailing care@dilsedeal.com or live chat if online. We can't accept responsibility after that. Please attach a full unboxing video & photo of the wrong or damaged plant. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for plants bought in error/customer rejected during delivery, because we cannot resell them. Other items can be returned for a refund within 7 days as long as they're unused and in re-saleable condition. We'll deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier when you ship your return.
